Ulrich Fisher wasn’t like any other man in his investment firm. He wasn’t just a man with great stock tips, fabulous riches, and a penthouse apartment on the Upper East Side, he was a vampire. For years he had been fighting off his brethren, trying to have the normal life he so sought. That was, until he met Cerise Lowmen.
Cerise Lowmen was studying at NYU, trying to take in the beauty of New York and finally live in a place where her powers wouldn’t make her a freak. Having spent her whole life as witch, and as “that weird girl”, she finally had the chance here in Manhattan to change her life and escape her destiny. That was, until she was attacked by evil vampires and saved by the handsome and mysterious Ulrich Fisher.
Now, Cerise was going to have to change her life in a way that she never wanted. While lying in her death bed, saved by Ulrich, awaiting a peaceful death the most horrid thing happened to her…she became a vampire. A destiny unlike anything she ever expected had taken over her world and there was no escape from being the girl with Satin Blood.
